1 pkg oreo cookies
1- 8oz pkg cream cheese - room temp
2 - 8 oz boxes of Bakers chocolate (you can also use 6 hersheys chocolate bars or chocolate chips)
Place oreo cookies into a blender or food processor (a few at a time) until they become fine crumbs. Place into a bowl and add cream cheese. Stir with spoon until all mixed together. Roll into balls. Depending on the size you want them, you can get anywhere from 30-50. Place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Melt your chocolate of choice. Place a ball, one at a time, into the melted chocolate and use 2 forks to roll the ball into the chocolate so its completely covered. Then use the forks to get the ball out of the chocolate and place on cookie sheet covered in foil or wax paper
